Jingkun Dong
Jingkun Dong is a co-founding partner of JYD LLP. She has extensive transactional experience in real estate and commercial transactions, mortgage loans and foreclosures, corporate law, and estate planning.
After obtaining her Bachelor of Laws degree in China, Jingkun completed a Master of Business Administration in Ireland. She then continued to deepen her expertise in the legal field in Canada, earning a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. Before joining JYD LLP, Jingkun was a managing associate at a real estate law firm in Ontario, where she provided hands-on client services while overseeing the firm’s operations.
Jingkun is known for being approachable, patient, and diligent. She is committed to providing high-quality legal services to each client through effective communication and ensuring their legal rights are fully protected.
董婧琨律师是JYD LLP律师事务所的共同创始合伙人。董律师在地产及商业交易、贷款抵押及拍卖、公司法及遗产规划继承等方面有丰富的办案经验。

With a passion for law and leadership, Dan Liu founded JYD LLP. With extensive experience in real estate transactions, mortgage acquisition, and Canadian immigration applications, she has become a trusted lawyer to clients navigating these complex areas.
Dan Liu holds a bachelor’s degree in law from China and furthered her education in Canada, earning both a Master of Laws (LLM) in Common Law and International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. After completing her studies, Dan Liu honed her skills in immigration and real estate law firms, gaining invaluable practical experience.
