Jingkun (Eve) Dong
Jingkun is the co-founder of JYD LLP. Jingkun has extensive transactional experience in real estate purchases and sales, mortgages, as well as corporate and commercial transactions. Jingkun’s practice also focuses on will drafting and estate planning.
Before joining JYD LLP, Jingkun was the managing associate of a boutique law office in Ontario, and she delivered hands-on service to the clients while managing the office’s operation. Jingkun obtained her Master of Law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020. Prior to these experiences, Jingkun joined Brown Beattie O’Donovan LLP in 2016 as a real estate law clerk. Jingkun was born and raised in Mainland China. Before coming to Canada in 2013, she obtained her law degree in China then spent two years in Ireland completing an MBA program at Dublin Business School.
Jingkun speaks fluently bilingual Mandarin and English. Jingkun is a member of STEP Canada, Ontario Bar Association, and Middlesex Law Association.

Dan (Danee) Liu
Dan (Danee) Liu is a bilingual licensed lawyer in Ontario and the co-founder of JYD LLP. Danee obtained a bachelor’s degree in law in China and pursued further education in Canada, earning both a Common Law LLM and an International Business Law LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Danee has a strong academic background that complements her practical experience in the legal field.
Following her graduation, she gained a wealth of practical experience and refined her skills in both immigration and real estate law while working in a diverse range of law firms. With her expert guidance and personalized approach, she will help you achieve your goals and start a new chapter in Canada.
With a passion for law and leadership, prior to the formation of JYD LLP, Danee founded JYD Law Professional Corporation, where they continue to provide exceptional legal services to clients in immigration law, real estate law and corporate law.
